Welcome!

My name is Melanie, I opened Gentle Hearts Cleaning in 2021.

 Through out these 4 years  I have met amazing people, as well as I have learned many tricks of the trade ... and continue to do so as years go by.

​

I step into each client's home with an open door for communication through out , in hopes that you as my client will feel comfortable enough to continually discuss your cleaning needs with me so that I am able to adjust my schedule , or perhaps my cleaning routine to make sure that I am leaving your home with satisfactory results.

My goal is to give you a clean home, with gentle prices!

Question: Are you insured and Registered? 

​

Answer: Yes! 

​

Question: Why do you only charge $25 per hour ? 

​​

Answer: I am able to do what I enjoy , without breaking my client's wallets. My services shouldn't be a stress factor financially and I prefer for my services to be affordable for everyone. 

Disclaimer : If you are in real need for my services, however my prices are still too costly for your budget please reach out and we can discuss your cleaning needs and see if we can make arrangements.

Q​uestion: What cleaning products do you use ? 

​

Answer : I use a variety of cleaning products, from Mr. Clean down to Vinegar and Water. 

I provide and replace any sponges, cleaning cloths used for your home.

​

I am able to bring any cleaning solutions that you prefer for me to use!

​

I do prefer to use your mops, brooms and vacuum, as it is more hygenic and  ensures i am not cleaning your home, with equipment that was used else where. It also helps me to keep my prices low!

Question : How are you with Pets?

​

Answer: 
I am very pet friendly! 

For Dog Owners, I Prefer to be introduced to your pet first before being left alone with them.. it is their home , and I am only a guest. They need to feel safe that I am there.
